Ambulance Service Operations Manager - Qatar - Up to £47,500 pa. TAX FREE - Plus Fantastic Relocation & Benefits Package

We are currently looking to appoint a highly experienced Ambulance Service Operations Manager to work within the Emergency Medical Service (EMS) Department at the leading Health Care Provider in Doha, Qatar.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operational delivery of EMS services within their Service Delivery Area. This will be achieved through the development and implementation of
Service Delivery Plans that match resource to demand and are consistent with the organisations service delivery framework.

You will be required to work with colleagues from the Operations (Production) Directorate to ensure that sufficient unit hours are available to meet operational demand at all times, with the Operations Manager (Communications) to ensure that these are effectively distributed, improve the quality of the service in their area as measured through existing and future performance indicators and to ensure that the Service Delivery Area is adequately resourced to meet exceptional demand. Finally, the Operations Manager is required to assume senior management responsibility across the organization where and when required.

To be considered for this post you must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Paramedicine or a related Pre-Hospital field or a Diploma or equivalent Paramedic Certification, and have demonstrable experience of 5 years in a supervisory role with responsibility for staff, resources and service delivery.
Ideally candidates will have experience of working within the Middle East (GCC), be fluent in Arabic and English and have Multi-fleet experience eg. (Helicopters, Ambulance etc)
