KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done. Anantara employees always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their colleagues. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:
- To provide primary health services to associates employees and guests as required.
- To enroll associates in medical health plans as required and administer eligibility periods and notifications for enrolments.
- To conduct monthly audits of enrolments, waivers, terminations to ensure invoice accuracy.
- To process claim forms for reimbursement of medical services for associates.
- To ensures that the clinic is in proper working order and fully stocked with appropriate supplies and medications.
- To liaise with clinics, hospitals and physicians to obtain updated medical information for associates.
- To coordinate medical examinations for associates and maintain a record of Food Handlers cards as per government and municipality regulations.
- Ensure that all First Aid boxes in the Hotel are adequately stocked.
- Ensure that all confidential medical records of associates are updated and properly handled.
- To monitor associates who are on sick leave and ensure that the appropriate forms are utilized.
- To provide First Aid and other health related trainings to the associates on a regular basis.
- To provide overall assistance in the Human Resources as required.
- To support and be a part of all activities relating to employee relations.
