• To provide primary health services to associates employees and guests as required.
  • To enroll associates in medical health plans as required and administer eligibility periods and notifications for enrolments.
  • To conduct monthly audits of enrolments, waivers, terminations to ensure invoice accuracy.
  • To process claim forms for reimbursement of medical services for associates.
  • To ensures that the clinic is in proper working order and fully stocked with appropriate supplies and medications.
  • To liaise with clinics, hospitals and physicians to obtain updated medical information for associates.
  • To coordinate medical examinations for associates and maintain a record of Food Handlers cards as per government and municipality regulations.
  • Ensure that all First Aid boxes in the Hotel are adequately stocked.
  • Ensure that all confidential medical records of associates are updated and properly handled.
  • To monitor associates who are on sick leave and ensure that the appropriate forms are utilized.
  • To provide First Aid and other health related trainings to the associates on a regular basis.
  • To provide overall assistance in the Human Resources as required.
  • To support and be a part of all activities relating to employee relations.
